Goals:

Viarco is a reference in the production of pencils in Portugal and through this project (nº 23753) will increase the capacity to continue betting on the development of totally innovative products, worldwide, which are positioning the brand as an international reference of the sector.

Goals:

The present investment plan incorporates an integrated set of activities aimed at:

  • Affirm VIARCO globally, increasing its recognition with the final consumer and creating a position that awakens the brand’s identification and association with the best tradition of Portuguese industry;
  • Entering new geographic markets, strengthening presence in countries where it is already present and growing in the various segments;
  • To enable the company to implement new methods of work organization and communication with the market, which will enable sales to be leveraged (specifically in external markets) while continuing to ensure the excellence levels characteristic of VIARCO.

Main goal: Acquisition of specialized consulting services for the definition and implementation of a Business Digitization Strategy using the concepts associated with Industry 4.0, applied to our business as factors of competitive advantage and differentiation in international markets.

Goals:

Through this project we intend to:

  • Dematerialization of processes and reduction of dependence on paper, intensifying entry into the digital world with the consequent saving of printing, handling and shipping costs;
  • Organize the information and knowledge existing in the organization so that it is systematized and within the reach of all employees;
  • Improvement of processes and work routines with revision of the procedures of verification, registration and archiving;
  • Strengthen ongoing contact with customers;
  • Identify the main digital trends that impact the strategic direction and business models of the Organizations.

Expected results:

As this project intends:

  • Immerse the company in a process of reflection and energization proper to the projects of change management;
  • Perform a diagnosis that allows us to define and formalize a Scanning Strategy;
  • Provide the participants with digital fluency allowing to improve the decision-making capacity and strategies incorporating the concepts of Digital Transformation;
  • Provide the company with digital solutions tailored to the business and its specifics;
  • Identify the main digital trends that impact the strategic direction and business models of the Organizations;
  • Increase employees’ satisfaction due to better working conditions;
  • Strengthen the operational efficiency and consequently the competitiveness of the company;
  • To have a roadmap that supports the company’s scanning strategy.
